Yes. I will let Things reveal the hardware changes, it's his project.

A simple resistor addition, I also tweaked some resistor values.

Here are a few photos of my harp build. Quality is not that good, too much smoke in the room!

Left to right, mains inlet, USB programming port, 1/4 foot pedal jack, MIDI connector (frickin DIN plugs...) and sensor sensitivity pot.
LCD above connectors. Red LED indicates active MIDI bank (Red, Green, Blue) - foot switch selectable.

Yellow trace: Scanner deflection drive signal.
Cyan trace: Laser modulation (active high).

One frame (scan from left to right) complete, 40FPS (Frames per second). This is now achieving a laser duty cycle of 73% (ON) for much improved perceived beam brightness.

Here is another video demonstrating firmware v3.21.

Sorry for the heavy breathing, I am not well and the phone was held on my chin.

Dan is working on a new configuration GUI to suit the current changes and also RGB laser configuration.

Kinda, it's just fussy re modulation. The start of modulation is really flippy, a bit like my wife.

Problem is most of the information for them is stuck in here, so unless the admin could rename & move it for us, we';d be leaving all the previous info behind.

Quick look at the WIP programming interface that'll be coming out with the new code:

It allows you to edit single banks seperately, as well as the parameters, so you don't have to write anything else if all you need to change is the note in 1 bank, for example.

I have also included a few little handy features, like a MIDI note converter when you double click any channel box
