One off 445 Module

i had a bit of spare time on my hands so thought id try build a complete module including the case to see how hard it was.

well to anwser my own question its bloody hard!

the module may look ok in the pictures but its really not 100% perfect. i wont be making anymore cases in a hurry

the module measures 60mm x 42mm x 40mm

did you do the machining? got any internal shots? pics of the build?
How did you mount the diode?
*very curious as I would be interested in just the housing and diode mounting.*

yes i milled the entire lot, the only intenral pic i took is below.

as i said i wont be making anymore
