    Lightbulb Phoenix alive - worldwide

    Hello,

Phoenix is not dead nor is the community! We recently released Phoenix4 with great feedback from all over the world!

When ever you have problems using the Phoenix products donīt hesitate to call or write us!
Just write to support@phoenix-showcontroller.de and you will get answer soon!

We are preparing to build up a own phoenix community as well...though until now the communication worked well by direct contact and user forum.

We added an English forum at the Laserfreaks forum, but also monitor the threads here!
    http://www.laserfreak.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=239

So we are here and supporting you!

    Kind regards

    Daniel

Thanks for making a english forum for Phoenix, though Im still a Phoenix 2 user. there's no updates/no support for it anymore(though i wanna have dmx on it.. but has to use LDS for it). It would cost another 1k euro's to update + another 200 ~300 euros for supporting the new easylase dac.
(it looks like im poor which is not like that, its just throwing old hardware in the trashcan which is just doing fine as the new ones.)
    Rubdub release? A alternative lasercam/screen.

    Dear Dnstje,

We try to support every version as long as it is within the bounds of possibility.

But we also need to take part at the todays market and fullfill the wishes of the users using todays technology and plattforms.
We try to solve this conflict as good as possible, but due to the overall technology changes we can not make all changes downwardly compatible.

We support you personally as good as possible and try to find a suitable solution.

    Kind regards

    Daniel
