I begain to look seriously at this today. It's looking favorable that I would be able to attend.The flight is only $200 so, that's a NICE score! I'd get into SAT about 1:30 Friday and need to leave at 4:45 Sunday. The things are work are basic enough that I don't have to worry about my staff handling them. Plus... I REALLY need to find out about Hak's BBQ! Probably no PJ's with me though, and if I'm smart... no checkbook or credit cards!

72 days and confidence is very high- your shirts sizes and attendee fees need to be paid soon so the shrts can be ordered and paid for.
Greg says he will put up a PP account for this.
We were thinking that maybe the guests should pay $20 each to help with the free meals and the other expenses. They can pay extra also (?15$)and order a shirt.
I am printing the name badges(bring a lannyard if you have one)
So I will need 1) forum name and first name that you want on the badge - and the first name of each guest.
Please do this asap- so I can start wuth the printing- n/p if you end up not coming-no expense in the badges.
If you pay to attend and cancel your shirt will be mailed to you by me, but asaik no refund. I think that is how Buffo handled this at SELEM. He allowed forum members to pay the same at the door but no shirts.

Yep....the dates are locked-in based on Tim's earlier posts, but with this being the first "big" TEXLEM for us, it has taken longer than first expected to confirm some of the details for getting this done.
After our discussion this evening, the sign-up thread with all the expected details will be placed on the forum in the next few days. This should allow two months for preparation for those that want to attend.

And, FYI - polishedball's name is John - no harm, no foul though, I'm sure. And yes...we need to see if we can get him there too! I know he's trying to plan his own LEM in the Great Lakes area but, it's at a time of year that's WAYY to tough for me to attend.
