I have made serval disputee in my life and few claims. All helped well to getting my moeny back and that method never failed me once. Even one time when the seller had no money on his account. For me paypal is a great payment system.
But indeed their prices are extremly high.

marc clearly stated that they do NOT protect the seller which is 100% fact...

I can buy something from you, claim it was not as described and get a refund from paypal that they pull out of your account and keep your stuff!

Also, any decent credit card company will offer the same service where you can dispute something. In fact, some will any double the warranty. I should have done that with my lasever since it died right after the 1 yr warranty.
