    Default LD2000 Showtime 2000

Hi, just started to create a custom show but can't get any output from my frames???

    Here is what i did:

    Open Showtime 2000
Load a show to get some of the frames i wanted to use loaded.

    Create new show

    Load audio wav file

    Drag frames to the track
    Replace first and last frame

Play to see how it works out

    No output on preview.

    What am i missing ?

    Are the frames protected?

Sometimes show programmers protect their frames so they can't be used by others

Which show did you load to get the frames from?

Did you drag out the timeline so that the frames covers a distance of time? Also it will appear not to work if the effect is a fade up from black. So reset the track if you haven't

sorry for the frustration, usually i am triggerd by an update on my question by an e-mail, i only got yours yesterday evening about why not replying so sorry about that.
Didn't had the time to continue since i was rebuilding my quad with Edison, 4x300mW is nice ;-)

Will continue testing after the weekend, after the "are the frames protected" response i didn't had the time to investigate further.

Yes i dragged the start of a frame sequence to the timeline, stretched it over a period of time, did a replace end frame and played the show. all dark. will make a screencopy and small videocapture monday evening.

Thanks for supporting me in this !

How do i just play a few frames and stop displaying them at the end.
It seems if i put a frame up on the track, drag it over a period of time it addes the effect selected, is it also possible to not use an effect?
I define the end frame and play the track to see how it works. After the last frame the music continues but also the last frame keeps visible all the time.

    I bet it's a projection zone setting.
Check what zone your cues are set to output on.
Then fire up the projection zone screen in Showtime. Check that all zones used are set to the correct scanner + size+shape 'n' whatnot is set right.
