    Forgot about the Showlem in July Jem, sorry.
    I don't but from Febs event to August/September will be 7-8 Months. I liked to keep them as close to 6 months apart as poss.

    your right jim 7/8 months is to long to go with out a fix for me..

    How about considering putting the Feb meet back to around April time for future events? (weather would be warmer )

    Then it would only be 6 months to Sept/Oct and another 6 months to April etc etc.

    If folks want an extra Surfleet meet in the summer I can easily drop the ShowLEM. It was never intended to cause conflict and was really organised. As a 'one off'. The only reason I've organised another one is because folks wanted it.

    Personally I'd have a hard time justifying more than three LEM's a year

    September or October sounds good

    Gives a good chance to save and its then out of season for all the events & festivals that I will be working on....

    I thought this years setup was great

    So .........................................

    +1 for april
    +1 for jemlem july
    +1 for sept

    and a -1 for anytime Oct to March due to weather affecting roads

    I agree Paul. Spacing them in April, July and September avoids all the dodgy winter weather.
