CDBEAM, what do you think of this diode holder I made in some 3D software. All credit goes to you. Of course there will be the lens holder, faceplate, and modified aixiz.

Also, what did you use for the ID of the bore for the lens holder and the OD lens holder?

Well i love that diode holder and have talked to CD beam what i am interested is to see how much more power we get having the lens perfectly centered. if its anything over 5% i want them. but if its only a 2-3% difference then not so much.
But this slow post from dave to cdbeam is killing me.
You know cd beam if i get time this week i might just bring my dual setup over and we can work this out together.
im getting sick of waiting. i need to know.

That i did not know.
I have a version of them i made that combined his with daves brass one.
direct diode style with adjustable lens.
But mine is made from 6061 aluminum.

I have access to a mill. Actually I have access to a lot of mills, and lates, and CNC machines. I work in a machine shop
