I remember a post comparing this task with collimating a campfire into a usable beam.

    Great work guys.

    Yep, that was me.
I still invite you to compare beam quality to a 4x HL63133DG setup : 4x3mm beam with 0.5 mrad.

But i ask you what is your power and cost?
You are getting maybe around 600mw and just in the diode cost alone 556$
Plus what ever lenses plus the 4 adjustable mirror mounts.
You solution is crazy expensive, what is the green laser specs that go with that setup if it is in a RGB?
After talking to alot of professional laser show company's i found that graphics were not very common, that for the most part its beam shows.
And when getting into powers with 2W red and 2W blue you need around 1W green and most greens at that power have much worse beam specs.
So to have an amazing red and blue but then a green that is 2x worse is pointless.
Now yes i know there are some green's out there with a 2mm beam with around a 1.25mRad but those cost a ton of money vs the more common 3mm beam with a 1.5mRad

My pair of 1W Viashos I just bought, for a very good price, are both 2mm @ 0.9 and 0.7 mrad but I'm still going with the 71 didodes in quad @ ~ 4mm x 4mm and 1mrad (445nm @ 3,5mm x 3.5mm @ 0.65mrad). True, the HL63133DG version will have the nicer beam but the cost.... hmm. Besides that all the hardware I make myself, except the barrels.
