Hell yeah but it was originally a German company, and they moved their headquarters to Switzerland for, I guess, to claim the Swiss Made (which is most of time wrong), and for better taxations. Also they use only swiss laser modules (from Swisslas) in their high end projectors (and they are still over-advertised).
Incredible things is they just acquired RTi Laser Systems!!!!
You should always let a few spare space into your projector, instead of trying to do the smallest possible, especially for an hobbyist which will always try to improve things and put new things inside. I suffered a few times from too small case![]()
Yeah laserworld are chinese lost in another country:P
Actually after going to a lem i enjoy making lasers more then buying them anyways![]()
You are unique! Just like everyone else...

Bridge watts are Western watts aren't they?
I've never heard any complaints about Laserwave powers, in fact all lasers supplied on here by them have always tested over power from memory.
Laserwave always used to be the lasers of choice for a long time on here it's just they seem to have fallen out of favour following the problems they had with 640, full power output - correct input resistance to the DAC ) and with alignment, probably all long solved.
I think kvant are the current favourite with most simply because its my understanding that they've improved their modulation characteristics beyond most other lasers and are good solid reliable laser modules to start with.
Thats why i asked the question.
I always considered LASERWAVE as one of the better chinese laser supplyers.
I have seen the problems with the 640 lasers.... but i must have missed the input resistance problems.
I can't imagine bridge not solving problem when he knows they are there.....so i cant understand why bridge should fall out of favour.
Kvant makes nice products and are getting bigger and better in a short time.... but they also have had their portion of problems with new products.
Maybe "most" guys here are evolving beyond what you can call a Hobby....and more a profession needing different products and supplyers (or think they need that)
