    Hey Kit,

I've referred someone else to you that may be interested in hopping on board if it's not too late.

Have we established if this - http://connexelectronic.com/product_...roducts_id/123 - is going to be an adequate power suppply for these new Eye Magics? If so, I need to order a couple. I gathered, based on Marc's post somewhere about page two that a power supply for these was going to be kind of expensive and, this one seems reasonable.

I ordered one supply from them on 6th November but I still received no answer nor confirmation of delays nor answer to my questions by email so I advice you to wait until I have some news... Or maybe try to contact them?

OK, thanks! Anxious to hear. One Stop Laser Shop (who we had to buy from in the US) added to their invoice that a power supply could be bought from them for $125 so, if these units that are under $50 work, that will be good news! Especially since I need two.

I finally received the power supply! Seems great quality, great looking PCB, quality components, no switching noise etc... Voltage is adjustable to 24V with a pot.

Also I ordered their Soft Start V3 just to have a look, and it turns out a great thing I advice you if you have big power supplies into your projectors.

First it avoids inrush current when you turn projector on (I definitely see a difference, ambiant lights around are not blinking anymore when I switch projector on), and secondly, with it you avoid running main phase to a mechanical switch, since it has remote power on with 12V voltage. Connect this 12V to the input and it starts. Great because I dislike switching 230V directly with a switch, relays are much better

Btw, did someone already received parts from EyeMagic? Still nothing on my side...

I Sopke to to Tom yesterday and he said they had problems moving into their new premises so the move has been canceled for now. This will allow them to concentrate on manufacturing so it should speed things up.

He said they should be finished next week and will start shipping them the week after.

    Thanks for your patience guys.
