Default My RGB with CT6215 High speed Galvo's and amps

    Hi all

Well, this is going to break my heart , but here goes...

I've decided to sell my RGB Projector, I know i'm going to regret it, but since I packed in doing any commercial shows due to health issues I have no real use for it. It seems such a shame that it's only ever going to get an outing two or three times a year at LEM's. In fact, this projector never did more than a half a dozen commercial shows, so it's still relatively new. Completely and professionally rebuilt by Rob (Stanwax) it consists of...

Cambridge Technology Scanners and high speed amps: CT6215h's (including mega power supplies to drive these babies at up to 60,000 points per second).

Laserwave 532nm green rated at 500mW

Laserwave 642nm Red rated at 350mW

Dual 660nm red Modules rated at >400mW

C*sio 445nm blue rated at 1 watt, fitted with high quality optics and anamorphic prism set.

Unfortunately I don't posess a high enough rated power meter to check the balanced white output, but I believe it should be close to 2 watts (unverified)

All dichro's are the new (low loss) Laserwave ones

All mounts are fully adjustable ones, mainly from Rob. The reds are combined with a Semrock dichro.

Other bits include: Stanwax colour board, safety shutter/keyswitch, X and Y axis flip switches, compact case (with removable lid for easy adjustment), Hanging bracket and tripod mount.

Anyone who has seen this projector at a UKLEM will be able to vouch for its quality, the CT scanners really do make a difference, all beams/graphics appear super crisp and sharp .

I've asked around and tried to come up with a fair price, it has been suggested that I should be looking at between £3250 and £4000, so the price i'm putting it out there at is a fair £3250. If anyone wants a really good compact projector with great beam specs and top of the range scanners this is for you

I will give priority to UK buyers first, but will also consider buyers from Europe. I really would prefer collection in person but will ship if there is no alternative (shipping by Fedex at cost price). Payment by bank transfer or cash only.

Following the recent UKLEM in Surfleet I now have a very small (lower power) RGB custom built for me by Simon (P1t8ull) that I can use at home, so my bigger projector won't really get used and I could do to recoup some money.

If you are seriously interested please PM me in the first instance. I'll try to get some pictures of the internals up shortly.

    Cheers

    Jem

Jem, Nooooooooooo. That's such a shame, but I suppose it makes sense if it's not being used in anger any more.
Having had pleasure over the last few LEM's of seing what your projector is capable of i can vouch for the build quality and fantastic performance
Seriously, if my missus would allow it, i'd be knocking on your door (with cash)
