    Default Galvos problem

Since I am new to whole galvo scanner sistem but been working with electronics, I have a problem with a laser scanner. It's a 12k galvo, 500mW laser. The problem is when the laser is turned on the galvos slam to the side 90deg off, and stay there and then the amp starts clicking noise, I tried to switch x/y the same thing hapens but now x, the former y does some scanning but it's in vertical position, totaly ofset.
The galvo sistem is this: http://www.laserpic.com/Product_galv...ual_Galvos.pdf
If anyone has some suggestions what could be the reason or just to tell me that they are dead i'll be thankfull.

sounds like the amps/psu is dead if the problem switches from one galvo to the other when swapping wires. Seems like what one of my blown scanners was doing. One of the amps would also get extremely during that process.
