LD 2000 to BEYOND upgrade

Have anybody done a upgrade from LD2000 to BEYOND?

I have problem with this upgrade.
I got a QMS file from Pangolin, where do i put this?
When i start the BEYOND program it ask for a license file, Pangolin told me that this should be in C:\WINDOWS\system32" directory.
I can not find something like that in this directory.
