TSO does Cleveland.

Saw TSO tonight at Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland.

Best guess, I was too busy enjoying the show, four units of older Arctos using OPSL for green, placed behind the band. Two yag/dpss green only beam tables, FOH stage left and stage right.. 10 Bouce mirrors on stage, 10 in the trusses.

You could see the 10-20 nm difference between the DPSS green/OPSL in the two beam tables and the four units behind the band.

The LED based graphics wall stuff was tastefully done.

No Lumia, No Graphics, probably Pangolin ran off DMX from the main console.

Lots of Yellow beams instead of white, very little use of other colors. Some nice oranges in the fans. Mostly beam array. What I saw was flat scans and beam arrays, but I left a little early. No "dimensional scanned effects like triangles, and most of that was due to venue termination limitations. I'm sure if it was not such a short venue they might have cut loose.

Lots of fast chases from the very compact beam tables.

The LED equalvalent of DATAFLASH was insanely bright, I had constant severe afterimages from the blue leds in the trusses.

Bounce mirrors were within a meter or two of the performers, and you could see that they had been trained to be in a certain area on stage during laser action.

Laser was used for maybe 20 seconds at a time.

Looked like a PDI style show, and a quick phone call confirmed it was probably PDI who had the gig.

I have not been in the audience side of a rock concert in about 3 years, and the damn cell phones were annoying.

No I do not think it was all OPSL, colors were just not right for that.

The arena floor audience got a bounce mirror Photon Phix, that much can be said, for sure.
