    Hi Frank,
It's going well but very slowly. I'm away from home so much. It's really bugging me ATM.

I'll, finally start a build thread to show some pics. I havnt fired up my EMS7000s yet. I've been trying to concentrate on machining parts on the few days I'm home. I've booked a week off when I get home on the 6th June to put some seriouse time into it.

Hi Frank loving your wiring and hardware

It looks like it would be right at home in an aircraft's avionics bay.

    Very neat!

I love those little details. I'm wishing I could find an excuse to use Lemo sockets and plugs. After using them on Krautkramer NDT equipment and building other test gear I fell in love.

My flat mate who is always building stuff and is a fellow hardware pervert has been buying military teflon insulated wiring and braided sleeves. He's even been using heat shrink braid. I've been "borrowing" some. I need to start buying my own

Love your work! Keep em coming.

Thanks Kit, I think you’re just as anal about details as I am. Well I got some vacation time coming up next week so I’m hoping to do some significant progressing then.
I do custom hand wired tube amps for guitar on the side, that’s where I get a lot of practice on the wiring side.

The last of the time consuming components before final assembly begins. Here the PBS/WP mounts with a very small footprint of only 20mm x 20mm. PBS is fully rotational and the PBS/WP baseplate X/Y tilt adjustable. Unfortunately one of the WP bit the dust during assembly, which throws back finishing one of the projectors. It’s not a good idea to drop a 0.5mm thick WP. Also some mirror mounts for the prism mirrors used for beam stacking.
