When I was checking hotel rates I found a motel just down the road with rooms for $55. It is called Americas Inn or Americas Best or something like that. I almost booked there but chose Holiday Inn instead for the breakfast and because I like hotels better than motels.

I've got a Priority Club membership for HI Express so, credits may be good to collect but, I'm cool with motels as well since they're all kinda the same once your eyes close. And I don't expect there will be much time spent there as compared with SELEM.

I'd be happy to split a room cost with you. I was going to check with Aaron and see if he's going home or going to be staying at the hotel to see if he might have a couch available. I'm about 98% committed to clicking "buy" on flight tickets. Probably just going to fly in Friday early afternoon and fly out Sunday morning.

Should have my flights taken care of today. I'm going to try bidding on Priceline - the only issue is not being able to pick your flight times. The combination of what I want to pay versus the available flight times hasn't been working in my favor but, I'm still investigating. Might come into Jacksonville or somewhere else and drive from there. Also might come into town on Thursday and try to hook up with Marc for his Pangolin visit. Decisions, decisions, decisions....

Try Sanford International Airport.

The problem with Sanford is there are only certain carriers that serve it and then, those carriers only fly out of certain airports. I'd have to drive a few hours to the nearest airport that has a carrier that comes to Sanford and even then, the price is more than the big names that come into Orlando. Agilent or something like that flies from Allentown, PA to Sanford but, I'm still looking at $500 for the tickets that way. Philadelphia to Orlando has been primarily what I've been studying and it's been $375-$425 which, still isn't bad but, I'm shooting for $275 or so. I can get it cheaper by arriving earlier or staying later but, that adds additional hotel, rental car, meals and long term parking back here which ends up being more than what it would be otherwise. Looks like I'm going to get in Friday late afternoon or, by about 8 pm and fly out about 6 a.m. Sunday. Flem is still going to be about a $550 "day trip".

Is anyone bringing a screen?

I got one but it won't fit in the venue... It is 12 feet tall and has an inflatable frame that makes it 16 to 18 feet tall when inflated. It is an outdoor screen.
