Well he should have checked it before leaving the door. Send him an email and see what he can do to make it right. you should get the power you want.

Well, i found out to late, 7 months after bying it, i sold it, and lost more then 1000 euro's on it. Yes, my mistake in the end....i know..but NEVER buying anything from him again. His advertisements on www.marktplaats.nl are very strange also. The guy seemed a very trustworthy and honest person, but eventually he just wanted the hard cash. And i was stupid enough to fell for it. Another lesson learned.

    Join the club,
There seems to be a few dishonest people selling crap here,
For one, i'd like to see a power meter reading, picture, of the module/ projector being sold, before it ships!

And , if your selling stuff on a regular basis, how about using a calibrated meter?

To be honest a meter that gets within 10% would be adequate

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

This is why i stop on this forum, people talk bad and don't no the reel facts.
I sell my systems with 1 year warantee from factory, so if the power drop 50% in 7 mnds, the client can sent it back.
but he not even email me about how to solf this...

so this is a strange situation again.
i have a power meter and all lasers are sold with power sticker on top with check date and reel measured out put power !

can i delete my post and account ?
any one can help me ?
i not like this bad talking about people, pity for all who love to see my video's and pictures..
be course the new luminous is almost done and is amazing small and dust free projector!

email me info@laserverkoop.nl if you know how i can delete all my post and accounts.

    @Lassie

This is not the way to discharge a guy like Joost or his business!
If you ask me it's your own fault that you didn't checked the output power when you bought it.
I agree that joost should checked it when it left the door, but you and i don't know if he did?
After 7 months you find out that it has 50% less of it's power, why you didn't contact him at that moment, there should be at least 5 months warranty left!
I've bought my projectors also from Joost (second hand kvants) and on top there where 2 papers with the output power.
He also told me that one diode was replaced by kvant because it died during the time he had it.
You cannot make hard that the projector wasn't half the power when you bought it, that's why it's not fair to blame him instead of give him the opportunity to solve it.

Next time, contact the seller before blaming him selling bad stuff

Please dont leave, i think you are a great asset and there a few members who try to stir the pot.
Having another good member leave is not the solution.
We try to educate people on the safe use of lasers for shows and quality of goods.
But it seems we also need to teach the consumer to talk and give feedback, if it dies or you are unhappy let us know.
Most builders have a great interest in making your product perfect and you happy.
Yes we get a few who decide not to say it broke or even try to get a fix and that is their fault not yours.
I love your videos and you a good member, so please stay.

Don't leave, you will always have people who like or dislike your business it's part of the job.

    Leaving?
    Aw man that sucks.

Not trying to be mean though, just informing you Joost :In the netherlands ur required to provide 2 year warranty .
I think the admin can help you with deleting your account, just ask spec.
Best to advertise your products on networks as youtube and facebook and not forums.

It's sad that ur leaving and honestly I disrecommend u try and delete ur account, instead just let it be and use it to keep informed about new innovations in the industry that you might have missed urself.

    Best regards,

    Pieter
