I have created a LinkedIn group called Laser Show Professionals. It's purpose is somewhat similar to ILDA but is certainly not meant to replace it or be a competitor. It's just a way for those in the business or those interested in it to share ideas in a professional manner with other professionals. There is no more definition to it than that. It will be up to those who choose to join it steer its development. I will say that it is NOT the place to learn how to build a projector or to organize LEMS. It IS a place to network with others and to discuss relevant technology.
