Damn..... i just made an appointment today in the hall in Marrum for a whole weekend.
I will be there at 13 o'clock to discuss the LEM again.
I wanted to ask options for 11-12 January and 9-10 february and 16-17 february.
Also some of the English people were interested.

Is this a problem to have 2 LEMs so close ? Or is this an advantage for people that are not able to make it to either LEM ?
As i discussed in the UK with the UKLEM dudes, i wanted to do the LEM in the spring since Jim changed the date of UKLEM towards April.
I don't think it's a problem, do you think it is ?

I have a LAN Party in the weekend you have the LEM, so i cannot attend.

I will move the Ilpendam Lem to Sept-okt so Dimitry can organise a Lem in Februari.

Hey Guys, been to the hall.

January was totally booked, so i got an option for Friday 15th until sunday 17th of FEBRUARY.
We could already start on friday if we wanted. Fred the caretaker loves to have us back.
Again he made me a nice offer:
If he could invite some of the villagers on Saturday evening again from 8.30pm till 9.30pm we perform the shows, like we did last time.
He will ask those people a 2 euro entrance fee (including free coffee) to raise some money for his city hall since they are lacking funds to pimp up the place.
Expect 20 to 30 people. Those people will only be in the hall for 1 hour and are mainly relatives and friends of the caretaker. They will follow our strict safety rules and will leave the room after 1 hr (including applause for you, the laserists who are present. Possibly the 3 newspapers that covered it last time will be there again too. (wooot something happens in our village ;-)

When he can do that we can have the hall again for the low rental price again (100 euro all weekend incl. free coffee and tea all weekend!)
He can make breakfast for a low price, he serves snacks and he can arrange for the nice chinese buffet (around 10 to 12 euros per person) with all kinds of food.
And for Rob we can order Pizza again.

If really a lot of people can't make it this date there is an alternative the week after this date, but then i possible have a booking and also an invitation to a small hacker event/lanparty, so i'd rather prefer this weekend! (but when push comes to show we can do 22until 24 february as well)
