Laser Warning Laser scanner problem (distortion).[VIDEO]

Hey guys, i have a little big problem with my laser, and i have a phenix 45kkps scanner, 1 mirror got broken and i changed only the other one and i think that's the cause of this:

but in the first days the laser worked perfectly, i don't know why now do that, i think the galvo motors are broke, what do you think?

Looks like you have a grounding problem, i had a similar issue a while ago and i noticed that a cable was squashed and touching the case.
Try to measure the resistance between the signal cables and your case.

what ? do you thing a cable without aislation is touching the case?... mmm, i will see, but i think it's the scanner, so, i will be buying a DT30 in a few days, to laserwinkel, but i will see, lets see if i can fix that shitty problem, and it's only problem with 1 motor, the other one works fine

im testing right now(my cat too lol) and started to make the problem again, like 1:30 mins running fine it starts to make those things, i think it's the galvo because i added a mirror a bit different size than the original, i think 1mm difference, i think changing the scanner will fix it? and when i got the other scanner i will take this off and i will make another laser with a laser diode that i have there haha, 50mw green , thanks for the help, but i think changing the scanner will solve the problem quickly

Not saying it is your cable, but could be, or maybe a bad connection somewhere down the line to that driver board.
Your problem looks quite similar to the one i had a while ago, check this video..

Since you changed the mirror, i guess you would need re-tuning that one, can you project an ilda testpattern?

my bet is that you have to retune the driver since you changed the mirror
