Affordable 445nm 1W suggestions?

Ok, so I've got some home build 445's using Aixiz barrels in Laserman532 mounts with o-like lenses and FM2's.

Who makes an affordable 445nm module with better correction, either just laser head, or with driver? I'm happy with passive cooling.

Just trying to work out if its worth 'trading up'.

I have a pair of prototype heads with select diodes I did a while back doing >1100mW @ 1000mA with a 3.5mm beam @ the aperture @ 0.7mrad.
