Just whizzed up a test piece to check all is good; seems to have come out ok.
I know, CNC'ing a turner's cube is cheating... but I wanted one.
Now the serious work begins!

Hi Dan,
Just a quick suggestion. The coolant also flushes chips out so if you can, turn up the volume, and keep the chips away. Doing this will make your cutter last longer because you are not re cutting chips and it will also improve your surface finish.
But very cool!

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.
Cheers all.
Thanks Chad; I want a bit more flow on the coolant line, but the pump inlet needs a good "de-clat" as there is some crud in the filter still. It is not easy to get to, as the whole machine base is the coolant tank, and I've just put 80 litres of coolant in.I might save that job for next weekend.
I think adding a 2nd similar hose line of compressed air will be mega for clearing the swarf.
