9W RGB special red beam!

PL is getting to the point that we need a carefully regulated for sale area for some of these companies that come and market. Charge $$$ a month to help Spec out with the site costs, so he can get back to having a decent life.

Its one thing to have a for sale area for one offs and small production runs, its another when some one comes in and wants to sell SYSTEMS.

Spec has been resisting adverts, least the signal to noise ratio goes to hell in a handbasket.
But if entities are going to sell a megadollar multi-grand system on PL, perhaps Spec should see something for his efforts.

I propose the pro sales page, and that part should earn Spec money.
No cpmmercial adverts outside of pro sales though.
Nor should it get out of control like two other laser forums.
(Sorry Coldshawdow, but some of those automated pop-up banner ads get to me, as offensive)

The guy needs a break. PL helps many people enjoy lasers, he should not run it at a net loss.

Yes i know, it is a really cool laser.
and i am only building the red en bleu diode in to a green projector to make it rgb.

I buy the laser from my partner in the USA
and i can not share building pictures, then i take credit for his hard work.

but we make it same you can read on the forum.
use special lenses to make the beam narow. (and this need some space between the 2 lenses for focus)
then go to prism pair
and then combine all 6 and we get 2W output power with really nice beam!

when i have the big 9W running, i make some beamshots of animations, beams, short and long distance outdoor etc..

i can not whait to get it work.
we had a little trouble get the case small for fit inside the projector.
be course all optics and use 6 diode's the red is not that small but we need to make it dust free case..
the 4diode bleu is much smaller, just stack 4 diode's 2 by 2 and combine with wave plate. small and simpel :-) but get 4W output power! (use 1 flex mod)

i do my best for make picture asap :-)

i spent all my free time in building lasers and do shows.
i am also a teacher in school for 2 days.

so it is my hobby!
i not have my own projectors for sale.
only some new special build lasers and than i have only one for sale
so i am not the same as kvant or medialas or HB or RGB lasersystem or all the other good companys
i am just a happy individual who do big shows in hollan dwith 15 full color lasers and enjoy the show myself the most :-)

so the 9W and the 3W with special red, it is just to show the world that it can be done with the mitsibisi diode's :-)
learn and enjoy!
but if i make more people happy by not post sales, but only video and pictures of new hardware, than i can do this no problem.
it is more easy to make money with rental than with sales as you know all price's are low.
and a 9W rgb for 7000 euro is almost cost price... buy the same from kvant you must times 3 for get the price :-)
but sure the quality must be a lot better than my projectors..

so everybody ok ?

I will start by saying that I am continuously humbled by the multilingual abilities of many of the contributors to PL. I am spoiled by the fact that this forum is presented in my native language and am afraid to think how I would butcher my posts if I tried to type this in French or Dutch! However, RGB your post seems disjointed by more than the language. You jump around to issues and fail to spend much effort to address the questions your post generated. You seem more than just excited by your projector, you seem agitated. Maybe it would be best if you did refrain from marketing these if you can not contribute financially or intellectually to the forum.

Sure enough the Guy posts a lot of systems for sale (and I personally like to keep abreast of what's out there) but Admin is happy to let it run whereas some peeps are getting all high and mighty and taking it upon themselves to decide what's best for PL.

As usual the Storm rages in the Teacup and when it all blows over we'll return to our usual programmes.

this topic HAS been beaten to death, and still , there is no change.
So it really is up to Admin. , to either do it, (or not)..... personally , i think its a good idea to start charging people that build systems, and market/ sell them , to other members on this forum....

Personally I like to see these projectors, photos, videos, and any other info that goes with it. It gives me inspiration when thinking up new ideas for when I build my next projector.
If you don't like a post don't read it. It is like complaining about a tv show - you have the remote control change the channel if you do not like it. Simple.

Pictures and videos , etc. are fine and dandy,
however:

The problem is, he is SELLING his products here, and just like ebay , there should be a fee to do so.
I mean, he is not sharing pics for fun, its strictly to gather intersest parties, in purchasing his products.
