so two diodes stacked one on top of the other will go very ok like = then do another pair the same and PBS the two pairs together, drive them a little over spec power and end up with ~2W at 1.5mrad (3mm x 3mm) or further telescope the entire setup to 4mm and lower the divergence to ~1mrad. or 5mm <1mrad. Seams like a neat solution for some crazy red power.

I also like the square arrangement as it allows the near field to be adjusted up or down to neatly fit the available scanner aperture. Furthermore, if the telescope consists of a set of positive lenses then the midpoint lends itself for a convenient spatial filter to eliminate all the far field "junk".

Would you also need to use a waveplate?? My intentions are to build a quad .

Because the far field is unlikely to be symmetrical ie. just as tall as wide when the near field is symmetrical based on the above pics ( as well as my own results ), then the very best brightness downrange will be if you use a wave plate and rotate the electrical field and not the near field beams.

Waiting is about your only choice unless you want to spend a couple hundred on them direct from an optics company.

I received all of the lenses, but not an adjustable mirror mount.

He told me that they where delayed.

"The shop i had making the flex mounts said they would put the order as filler and said under a month to make. However they are got slammed with work so they tried to send it off to another shop to have it made but the other shop would not do it for the same amount, So they tried to get me to pay more.
So i have another shop thats going to make them at a higher cost but under 20 days.
Maybe under a week if all goes right"

I have a lot of these and if your unsuccessful in reaching kiyoukan then I can supply a set. However I would be a little patient as he has been responsive in the past. How long have you been trying to reach him and thru. what means?

Waiting for a response from kiyoukan within 2 days. He wrote a private message on the forum and tried to contact in Skype, and he was on the network, but still no answer. Strangely, if he offers it to buy goods, why not go to the contact?
