finaly after 12 weeks of waiting

No offense here jerry but drlava clearly explained, apologised and likely is fixing the trouble caused.

Sure it could have sucked for the ones that had to wait so long, but in the end they are finally getting what they paid for. Shit happens, deal with it good sir.
Chasing away drlava isn't going to make the laser industry a better place.

I want to see his software library increase and he's only one of the few people on the forum coming up with new stuff these days other then bigger companies.
So my tolerance is low on bashing the few people that really create.

Again it's no use of bashing him more, it sounds like you have a sort of dislike to him so you have to highlight his mistakes again.
I'm pretty sure he has seen this thread by now so you can stop and let him spend his time on the things he wasn't able to do.

If someone has to speak up for himself the customer can do that himself, not you.
Considering yourself a customer for buying one product years ago is not going to justify anything.

Stating the truth and my opinions about sellers and their
obvious lack of acceptable customers service is not bashing..

Not really, no but that post is slightly vague talking about "someone" and "elsewhere" makes me wonder if he is getting tired of it and transferring some or eventually possibly all of his business elsewhere, but yes, it was speculation, or more accuately, a question (hence the question mark )
