    Default Contact info for DrLava

Hi All, I am new to this forum so I am not sure if this is the right place to post this.
I palce an order 7 weeks ago for some flexmod boards on the Nautilus web site but as yet nothing. I have emailed the good Dr many times but no reply.
The site was showing them in stock and still is.
Does it normaly take this long and is Dr Lava realy that busy.
I have had stuff from Austraila in less than 2 weeks.
Has anyone a contac number or direct email?

You will need to contact drlava through this Form by PM...
It seems he maybe ignoring all other communications from
customers from what I read recently..

Or he is too busy to take care of his paying customers...
I've heard a lot of these "slow to respond" stories in the
    past year...

Be patient.... he will get around to you when he decides
    to get around to you...

Hi Jerry, thanks for the reply.
I have already tried the PM route it is showing as 'not read'
Its just very frustrating ans as you said a reply to paying customers would be nice.
I also run a lighting company that has some high profile corperate clients, I was hoping to use these in a new range of 1 watt RGB projector we will be selling.
O well as you say I guess he will get around to it some day, having said that it will stop me placing an order for more.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

That is the kind of differences you get when you buy software from a professional software engineer who deals with software customers on a daily basis and from a recent college grad who just buys the source code to some package someone else wrote. Just sayin'.
Yeah I tend to agree with you... I have a life as well but I always find a way
of communicating with my customers that have laid out there hard earned $$$
    within 24-48 hrs.

When selling multiples of the same product on your own website and accept
payments from customers it is only a good Customer Service practice to not
leave your customer hanging after you have taken their money...

If... on the other hand you absolutely can not provide that simple customer
service communication then you should hand over the business to someone
that can... Or shut the business down...
The paid up customer should not be punished or penalized...

A Trustworthy Professional business owner already knows.....It's all about
communication and quick professional Customer Service..

If the heat bothers you.... get out of the Kitchen...

+1 jerry , if he does not have the time then pass on the supplier list to someone that does have the time
to keep customers happy, no disrepect to andrew he is just to busy with other stuff..
When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.

Hi All, I seem to have stired up a bees nest with this post and it seems that I will just have to wait.
I can understand the pressure of life, kids and the wife, Ive been there done that with 4 kids and built my own house and during that time run my own business and still do.
Its not the time its taken its the fact that I cannot get a refund of the money, if I could I would buy else were.
My one bit of advice to Dr Lava is get someone to sell this product for you and take a cut before some one comes along. There is nice highside quad driver available and it would have been here weeks ago.
