nice find. Sharing this with my Home School group.

I like how they note the end of earth's extent of vision. This is a concept that has come up a few times in our Science club, ever since we did the Thousand Yard Model. The kids wonder how far away (aka how far back) we can see, as well as other things like that.

This does help put it into perspective, beyond the size and scale of our solar system, which the 1000 Yard Model does marvelously.

Hah, this is cool and interesting physics. The kind they don't teach in class in other words...
