    Hi

That's a nice 632.8nm HeNe laser, perfect for holography. I have two of them

Don't be fooled by the sticker that shows the output as maximum 75mW. It should have an output of ~35mW. If it's a new laser this can perhaps be brought up to a maximum of 40mW if you know what you're doing, I really wouldn't advise this though as you'll probably end up snapping the mirrors off the tube .

These lasers seem to be very susceptible to drifting off power. If you place a meter in the beam and notice what happens when you apply a gentle pressure to the back or front of the case. You'll notice the power either goes up or down. Best thing is to switch it on and leave it for a minimum of four hours before measuring the output, this ensures thermal stability.

    Cheers

    Jem

Yes the output is about 35 mW as the PDF file informs on griot.com

    But 632.8 is really bright

    Update.
The laser comes with the original box and the guy is asking €2000 ( USD$2.638,20 )
    for it.

Well, not wanting to p*ss on his bonfire, may I wish him the very best of luck. It's more likely worth ~750/100 Euro max, and that's on a good day with the wind blowing in the right direction
