Pangolin

Hi all,

4 weeks ago I bought my first set of Pangolin FB3/QS.
And two days after another set.
It was such a surprise to me that the software is so easy to use.
You can feel the many years of experience in the product.

Before this I used ShowEditor 2010 from Laserworld, which is really nasty to work with.

I use it for my hobby. I did not need any help from service or support
because it just worked for me out-of-the-box.

This is the software I should have started my hobby with,
but with every start of a new hobby, it comes with steep learning curves.
With FB3/QS you can avoid this and play on.

I bought a FB3QS with Quickshow just before the UK-LEM... Where I promptly blew it up with my faulty wired projector...

DOH!

Pangolin (via Collimated in The Netherlands) repaired and returned it to me within two weeks!
Nice.

Even better was that Pangolin covered the cost of repair under their warranty, I only had to pay shipping.

Now that's how to keep your customers happy!

Bill Benner I have found to be an absolutely class act ,Beyond is an amazing piece of software used it instead of LIve Pro for the first time gigging last weekend for the likes of Jumping Jack Frost Kenny Ken, Nicky Blackmarket , The Ragga twins et all and it did not even flinch used a home made pc 3 qm2000"s not net versions and it delivered the goods , sparkling good software and did not really delve to deep fully recommend the upgrade , it is as it says BEYOND. Pangolin should have made showtime better instead of bringing out something new.

but I understand more practical options are on the way from several producers.
