WTB: ~250mw red in an O-Like housing

I need a 200~250mW 650-660nm diode mounted in an O-like module (18mm round one with the little fins up front), don't need a driver but it would be nice to get one with a flexmod or similar...

I have concluded that I am incapable of making a LOC work... I have killed so many I give up
