I'm really interested in seeing how this works for all of you Mac owners. I do not own a Mac and I've never really spent any time sitting in front of one. So all I will know about this is what I get from feedback. So, thanks in advance. If I recall correctly, there are some Macs that have slight differences in the layout of the keyboard. Obviously, this could be a big deal with LaserBoy, since it is keyboard driven. Perhaps I can make some adjustments that will translate well to the standard IBM layout used for (US English) Windows and Linux.

All software has a learning curve usually proportional to its capabilities and unique features. Pointing with a mouse is in no way easier than tapping a key.

    Hey everyone! Thanks.

Not so sure what is going to happen for me in the next few months. I have to go in for yet another major surgery. I'm having my right hip replaced for the third time. After I heal up from that I have to have the left one done again for the third time. I'm supposed to get better parts this time and it's going to be done by probably the best guy in the world at The Cleveland Clinic. Not exactly looking forward to it. I go in on May 9th. Been through this before. No fun.

You will be in my Prayers. Good luck with your hip. If I'm still on the present job in May, I'm just down the road about 2 miles if you need anything...
Getting hamburgers past the ultravigilent nurses of the clinic is difficult and costly, however...

Not so jazzed about being in the hospital for a week or being on crutches for up to two months, but on the other hand, the last time I went through this in 2001, I used my limited mobility time to start working with polymer clay. The results were a large collection of art that is now well known to almost all pc artists.

Maybe I can spend some of my time writing a HOWTO for LB!
