Did you take power measurements before the correction, I am not sure but you might be getting quite a loss there on the red with 445 optics and 910mW is kind of medium power for two of these diodes. They can comfortably do 800mW each. I have been running a his little brother the G71 at 750mW for months. Still if your happy with it then don't change it. looks great what you have done anyway and its nice to see results finally coming from these diodes..

Had 660 added today still do, but popped two of the diodes. Anyhow tried the remaining 4.3W through Machita grating and loved it. Mind you this is daylight basement and it was pretty light. That is why the red lines show the least i think. Can;t wait to see it when it gets dark.

Beam blocked the red 638, to remove wings, lost only 30mw's and it is now not splattering outside of the rest of the beam, will double check once dark and can see the whole beam. Also can't screw this block in until after I swap the red dichro, waiting on a 98% one from OSLS

Also received my Poly 20 today, now build up some sorta mount n control system for it.

Yikes....I can feel the bus turning, ever so slowly towards the P73 !! NICE BUILD. When you get the 6X...that will tame the red even better !! BEAM

Mounted larger mirrors on the scanners and re-tuned themed.

The scope of this has increased, it will now include 13 positions on the beam rail, not sure if I will flag 50/50 split the beam yet or not. Leaning towards adding lumia and some grating effects to a couple of the positions. As well as the scanners that will be feed from one position.
