Default Is there a standard for ILD like in DMX?

The reason I ask is that using ishow 2.3, some ild files I have loaded will not open and ishow pops up a "read error"

These files run fin in Spaghetti, but ishow won't read them... Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanx,
    Rick

    Simply...
There are different "ILDA" format, not only one.
Surely IShow is not able to open all ILDA formats but some only. Spaghetti can open more ILDA formats than IShow.

To expand on this, the reason allthatwhichis posted all the funny smileys is because there have been numerous discussions around these different ILDA file formats over the years. Some of those discussions have been rather, erm, "spirited".

Anyway, load the file in Spaghetti and re-save it. Then you should be able to use it in Ishow if you want.

Drlava's ildSOS does a nice job converting them.
