Hmm, after watching the film more closely, i believe this is all timecode controlled with showtime. Like most of the qdance productions.

This would mean its not only livepro but also showtime.

I will check this fact with Hugo.

I have this issue with win XP, and got nothing to do with the network trotteling patch for vista (this register patch turns off the network throtteling/priority in win 7

Can you all check your network card? Are you all using realtec nic's? Do we have someone with a intel nic also withnesing this issue?

Shall we start a new topic toget to the bottom of this?
have an intel nic and no issue's here.
It sucks so many pc's and laptops have realtec nic's.
They suck but just because they are cheap most manufacturers put that one in.

I know this was timecode. So it could be that the timecode signal stuttered. The effect of that is mostly visible with laser instead of the other lights and fireworks. But it could be this has to do something with pangolin software or the network you use to control them.

I highly doubt it would be the timecode signal. The stuttering looks identical to the stuttering we all wittness one in a while when controlling multiple qm.nets.

But its intersting to know the problem is not only with livepro but also with showtime.

Yes, I have seen it with Showtime with just a single QM.Net... Closing the preview window helps, but doesn't always fix the issue...

Could really do with someone to run diagnostics during a show so that all the parameters of the pc are being logged and monitored. The fact that it clears on a re-boot makes me think along the lines of a memory issue or perhaps as suggested above, a pc based network adapter issue that occurs under certain specific conditions.
