This would mean its not only livepro but also showtime.

I know this was timecode. So it could be that the timecode signal stuttered. The effect of that is mostly visible with laser instead of the other lights and fireworks. But it could be this has to do something with pangolin software or the network you use to control them.
I highly doubt it would be the timecode signal. The stuttering looks identical to the stuttering we all wittness one in a while when controlling multiple qm.nets.
But its intersting to know the problem is not only with livepro but also with showtime.
Yes, I have seen it with Showtime with just a single QM.Net... Closing the preview window helps, but doesn't always fix the issue...

Could really do with someone to run diagnostics during a show so that all the parameters of the pc are being logged and monitored. The fact that it clears on a re-boot makes me think along the lines of a memory issue or perhaps as suggested above, a pc based network adapter issue that occurs under certain specific conditions.
