Default Problem with Live Pro USB with Windows 7.

I have just got my self a new laptop with windows 7 and I installed build 2021 of Live Pro USB on to it.
The program runs but I ran in to a bug when I tried to set up the projection zones. Has anyone else had this problem with Live Pro USB and windows 7?

This bug dose not apear on my old laptop that is running Windos Vista SP2.

I have removed and reinstalled LP and the problem is still there.

Edit: I have just tried running build 2007 of LP USB and i'm getting the same problem.

Forgot to mention in my last post that I have also installed QS2 build 350 on to my new laptop and this looks to be running OK.
I had no problem setting projection zones and BAM's. I have not tried playing any of the shows I have but I'm expecting these to work fine as well.
I'll be sending an email to Pangolin about this Live Pro problem but I just thought I'd ask to see if anyone else has hit the same problem.

Well after having an emailing session with Aaron at Pangolin and sending screen shots and Live Pro error report files the conclusion seems to be a conflict with Live Pro and my laptop's graphics driver. Unfortunatly there is nothing Pangolin can do to help me out and there are no graphic driver updates avalible that may have helped me out so I'm a bit stuck with this problem.

A good job I still have my old laptop and makes buying this new laptop a bit pointless now.

Carl, care to share the details of the bug and the graphics adapter? At the very least it might stop someone else running into it. At the moment we don't even know the nature of the bug so it's hard to say if anyone else has seen it.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

I'm sorry to hear that Carl.

This is for me another classic example of the flawed ecosystem that is "generic" PCs and the Windows OS. Too many variables. Having had similar issues repeatedly with almost every PC I ever used, I can appreciate your frustration. This finally led to me ditching PCs and taking up Apple Mac - standard hardware, each component chosen alongside the OS. And Apple's drivers for Wndows mean that Windows runs on Macs in a standard and uniform way.

Carl have you tried contacting the graphics driver vendor?

It won't get you a fix overnight, but they may investigate a fix for you in the longer term.
