Dave, is there any other way to send funds to ya' ? Can I mail you a check lol ..
Yea it's crazy - I just keep ignoring it. I have a US bank account but am British and have no social security number. The bank just used my passport number for their system. I wonder if the same would work with paypal?

Would you use 2 of the proposed mounts that dave posted? one for each lens? If so that makes sense, I just wasn't thinking of beam path correct as I am used to using what is scene below:

This is a better idea of what I meant for the mount, less the top of course. This is a CDBEAM design I am guessing some have scene it in other threads.

    Default Time for a " BEAMTOON "

It has been awhile since a " BEAMTOON " has aired !!! I KNOW you have missed them !!!. SEE PIC !! HAHA
The Terrawatt Labs/CDBEAM cylinderical mount design evolved to have the flexibillity to adjust the Plano to Plano while the Plano maintains a 90 DEG relation to the optical propagation axis.
PLUS...I am a disaster with epoxy....so tend to shy away from it !!!

One could use just the bottom portion.....and epoxy the lenses down....but....you better have your Plano to Plano distance...SPOT ON !!!....AND....you are mostly locked into the seperation distance. Epoxy removal is problematic.

I will sell my mounts. They are not inexpensive. Each one is custom machined. I have no CNC and " crank the handles with great care " Anyone who has one of my units will likely say they are a " real piece'o' work "...as am I !!!

I highly Recommend CDBEAM's mounts, I own I believe 5 right now and more in the future for certain. CDBEAM, wasn't sure if you were looking for business as I know how long it takes you to manufacture the mount and the time:money reward is not the great for ya'

    No, No, No!!!!!

The idea is to use one of the mounts for each lens.. And as the lenses are both the same height, the mounts can be identical. :-D

Thanx PB....I surly am somewhat careful and do not rush my machine work. Because the design uses clamping force....and not a blob of epoxy...the elevations dimensions are critical to a parallel result for the base and top section. That is just how the design works. If anyone is interested...PM me.....oh....and another " BEAMTOON " for ya !! BEAM

Just saw Dave's post....Ya....I was not sure about that !!! OK....so Plano to Plano is adjustable at any time.....but....the 2mmFL aspherical is a demanding BITCH !! The aspect of maintaining perpendicularity is another issue. Perhaps I am just Tooooo AR !!!....and over complicate things..........mmmmm ???.....naaaaah !!
