Well I will only speak of my experience. LOUSY. I ordered the PT-30 from them. Has never worked form day one. So they asked me to send it back to them for exchange, with a tracking number, at a cost of 187$, I told then i iwill send it ground, NO they say they wont accept it. So at this point ii will cost over 325$ for a pair of pt-30 that never worked. Although they have a good game on EBAY, and they even have a representitive in the USA, Karin, they will not accept any returns there and must be send back to them in CHINA WITH a tracking number. this is an argument that has been going on since DECEMBER<< So much for customer service.
