I would assume by now that everyone who is supposed to get one got it. This group buy is now officially closed. Thank you for all that participated sorry for the long delays but when dealing with outside the US and bank transfers, its was a bit trickier than I originally anticipated.
I am Slowly moving toward completion of my beam table project got all the parts it just about time at this point. The machado will take center stage on the table.

Ditto Chris
I did have it out New Years day when my buddy since childhood was over I put a 500 mw 532 DOHM Labby through it and he was quite impressed.
I could not see the effect since I was standing behind it holding the glass between my fingers and paying full attention to my grasp so that I would not screw up and drop it.
I will be milling a holder for it and I think I will put a sliding door on both sides of the mount that can be slid in front of the machado when not in use to protect it as much as possible from dust and other particulates. It pretty much says all you can do is use an air puffer to clean it as per the instructions. I would not try using compressed air!

I was thinking to sandwich it between two "spacers" and two edmund windows and leave it there forever
I dread the thought of dust pile-up and first contact is NOT cut out for this job....

Hmm edmund windows you are saying optical flats correct? that may be a good Idea I really don't want to mess this thing up I dread the idea of going though what I went through last time to get another.
yes, optical flats is the general idea. I suppose something like this should work OK
