    To be honest Jim, it's the best accommodation in the area. Plus we get an outdoor key so can come and go as we please. I spoke to Ann-Marie this morning and it's a definate for April, so everything's cool. I believe Adrian's booked in as well.

    It was sold as an ALC 80 but it looks like a 68. Its in pretty good nick but does need some TLC
