The laser is still covered by some sheet metal, take the cover off and look at your laser vs the picture you have been sent. The build dosnt look that bad. even looks like you have a spot to add some blue.

Have that picture somewere. It takes a lot of time to open the laser box. Hope I have some time next week to take it off.
It seems there is a place for blues but still trying to make them fix there mistake.
They knew what laser they sold me as they had a picture of my laser that they sent me. So it seems that its not a mistake, and they just sell under spec lasers.
I still do not get it, but do you ?
This is again a picture of a rgb projector, containing a 600mW unit.
Still you complain it doesn't comply with the specs of a Laserray Compact Green 1000.
You are right, it does not comply with the specs as you posted in #2, because it is another kind of projector.
Still I insist you contact Tarm directly, by phone for example, to resolve this issue, this is not the tarm helpdesk.
When it says Laserray Compact Green1000 and has only 600mw in it it is under spec or what?
Like the post #5 said Yes the laser has 500mw Blue and 800mw Red But how this have something to do with the green?
It is not a Laserworld (at least I thought so) that have lasers in box on the shelf. The B and R are ordered separately.
Tarm said that the warranty is over and they can fix it but I have to pay for it. This thread is for warning that Tarm rips you off like Laserworld does.
I think you are missing the point that Bart is making.
You clearly have a projector that isn't a Laserray Compact Green model, because it is an RGB projector. So it is useless trying to compare specs with a Laserray Compact Green 1000 because you don't have one.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
Well.. If you ordered a Laserray Compact Green1000 and received a 1900mW RGB projector, I wouldn't exactly call that "ripping off".
In fact, they seem to have taken LW selling tactics and turned them on their head!

It seems that its useless to explain, the ones who have made green projektors into RGB projector will understand.
So you did a conversion job on the projector then? Why not just say that if it is the case.
