Laser Warning An ethical question: *Help!*

There is a local guy who just bought a 2 watt RGB laser that is exceptionally bright; here is his last water park event. In the video he is scanning the audience right in the face from about 15 feet away throughout the entire show, and for his next event he's now advertising two 2 watt RGB's and a 1 watt green / 1 watt blue (possibly 445nm?) - I'm worried about people's vision & the long term effects this kind of reckless laser misuse can cause..

A youtube clip of his last event:

I'm at a loss, what I should do?

since its in the US you should definitely bring it to the attention of someone at the CDRH, see if your city has any local laws, or fire dept sometimes can get involved also

Youtube has got to be one of the best tools for incriminating evidence. I love it. Now it is very possible that this person doesn't know that they are breaking any laws but therein lies the point... if you don't know, you shouldn't have a laser.
If you're the smartest person in the room, then you're in the wrong room.

What State of the US are you located in? So I can vector you to the nearest regional office. Or more hopefully, your in one of the few states that has its own enforcement...
