    How many units do you need everyone to order before you can go ahead with the fabrication?

    Part of that really depends on what hole size we're going with in the center. I was originally intending on reaming it to 12mm. If that's the case then, then I need at least 6 units accounted for.

    If it's another size that will need a different reamer or an expanding reamer then it'd be closer to 15-20.

    Since nobody has asked for the beam height from base, i think there is no real demand for these

    People are a bit reluctant to fork out $25 for a heatsink that might not fit perfectly.
    You might consider shipping these with an aixyz that has a guaranteed fit.

    Change your design to full copper press-fit or at least sandwich-style or SK12 style, no set screws.
