Default Remove dichro out of mount

I have no idea what kind of screw it is in these mounts. how do i remove the dichro mirror out of there?

Oh and a hint how to hold it during putting it out and back in would be cool as well.

    Thanks.

you need allen keys (hexangonal) to undo them , to handle the dichro cotton gloves , or a cotton tee shirt or some other soft cloth like a micro fiber.
oh and make sure you put them back in the right way round
easy way to tell is , put you thumb nail against one of the surfaces and look closely to see if there is a tiny gap between you nail and the reflection, thats the back side of the dichro, hope you get what i mean

    Hello,

I have the same mounts, you need to use an "Allen key". Here is a link with 8 size of keys. This is the first one (smallest)

Thanks...for some reason no matter how i clean it, the blue dichro reflects alot of green into oblivion
It should pass green but it reflects 140mW of 1.2w module.
The red dichro only reflects about 50mw.

I did put first contact on it for like 8 times already... Is an coating of some sort coming off?

thats normal at your power levels to see that sort of loss, depends on what brand of dichro you use
but i found the losses less with the newer laserwave dichros
it best to use the ones where you have red nearest the scan set then blue then green

Hey bq i miss read that post i thought you were talkking about you green loosing power on the dichro.
But the my answer still applies ,the new reflect red pass 445 is way better.
