well, you could start by stating your location, level of experience with lasers, electronics, wires, threads, screws, bits and bobs
it makes no sense for me to recommend you build your own red and blue lasers if you don't know what a collimator lens is

I suppose you understand that what you are asking is a lot of pages worth of reading. Give us more info so that we can help you

In general, you need the lasers, the galvos, power supplies for these, adjustable mounts for the optics and optics (like dichroic filters and first surface mirrors) plus a nice case to house them all in and a hefty baseplate for them to sit on

then you need a dac and software that will make the galvos move to your liking

Okay well I am located in Illinois and i would like to assemble the projector from completed modules. what i mean is i do not want to build each laser but buy them and then connect them to power, control and align the optics. I do not have very much xp with detailed circuitry but should be able to figure out the basics.

Hi brent. Too buy components, the cheapest will be from China. Beware that there are many traders from there and most are either just middlemen, or sell crap equipment. So do research. A few people around here though, buy from either Lightspace - Melody, or Goldenstar - Winni. Many people will vouch for Winni including. I personally have dealt with Melody and she is great. Speaks fluent english, and seems to work 24/7. Spacelas is also good, but a little more pricey then the former two. I can also vouch for Sam at Spacelas. I bought Quickshow from him, and it was shipped with DHL on the same day as my order.
