    Default Safety interliock cables

So I'm planning on adding an emergency stop to my lasers. But I need pretty long cables and the longest interlock cable I've found is 25m (on Thomann). Can you get longer ones? What type of cables are they - DB9 M->F or are they modified? Seeing as they don't daisy-chain through the projectors, I guess I need one per projector? That's a lotta cable!

I run mine on the interlock pins of the ILDA cable, and use the relay on DZs breakout board to daisy chain projectors. When you're running 3x 60m runs of ILDA for 5 projectors you don't want 5 additional runs of interlock! Horrific!

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

BTW, I'm fairly sure they only use a couple of pins on the DB9, so just find out which ones and make up your own to the required length.

I bet you could build one of those for a tenner. It's only the 3 outputs wired in parallel (on only 2 pins of each) to 2 pins on the input (switch output/input terms depending on your perspective )
