New mini RGB build

Hi guys,
Just a few pics on my RGB build.
I’ve just picked up a sheet metal brake to construct the enclosure, but, as yet, it’s an undefined height. I’ll know once the ld’s and scanners have been height corrected. The base is 8mm 6082 T651 plate and optics deck is 10mm.

I'm using a Mits 638 running at around 750mA, 445 at around 900mA and a 150mW of 532. As for power, your guess is a good as mine. I'm hoping for an eventual 900mW-1W, after i've replaced the green. The projector is 180x160x100mm (7"x6"x4"). In the pics everything was loosely placed on the optics deck just to get a feel for the final spacing, but both the diode and the scanners will need to be raised to match the dichros. I was originally going to go along the passive cooling method, but subsequently decided to use a 50mm maglev fan on the baseplate
As the scanset will be mounted very close to the front i've decided to use a 43mm HMC UV filter for the aperture

Very sharp! what V. will you be providing to the Badpip driver? will you include a third PS?

To keep the size down i'm using a meanwell 5v 5a supply for the Badpip driver, so as it stands there are only 2 psu's, the meanwell and the scanset psu. There's also a spare channel on the driver

She ran the dryer and washing machine off the same 3 pin socket as the freezer. The plug got hot, very hot, and now it
won't turn off or on like the switch has melted internally. Needless to say it's been isolated, but for the time being i've had
to run an extension cable from the house to the garage just to keep the freezer going. As it stands, and despite the house being built in 1989, we need a new consumer unit as well. The existing one has the old style pull out fuses
