As per picture, set comprises of the following:

F2 lens and brass retainer
Adjustable diode housing
Cylindrical lens pair
mounting blocks for the lenses.

The cuylindrican lenses work ok with 445, all that needs to be changed is the F2 lens swapped out for a 405-g-2 lens..
