    Effects: Full color animation shows
    Laser power: Green 200mW@ 532nm Analog 10K
    Red 300mW @635nm Analog 10K
    Blue 800mW@ 450nm Analog 10K
    Galvo:40kpps
    Control mode: Auto, Sound, DMX, ILDA


    Item 2:
    LK-RGB3
    Effects: Full color animation shows
    Laser power: Green 200mW @ 532nm Analog 10K
    Red 300mW @640nm Analog 10K
    Blue 800mW @450nm Analog 10K
    Galvo:40kpps
    Control mode: Auto, Sound, DMX, ILDA


    For these two items , the only one difference is : RED MODULE ( 635nm and 640nm)
    Laser beam of 635nm is rectangle , dimensions of beam at aperture is: <5*8mm
    Laser beam of 640nm is round, dimensions of beam at aperture is: ~ 3mm

    Which one do you prefer?

    Wow, left-over bendy-metal dichro mounts! Bet *those*'ll never move...

    Only thing I see wrong with these units, is there's not enough silicone bathroom-caulk. >_<

    maybe the pics were before the gooping ceremony began---- I did note that the red module in the pics has a 650nm label & not 640nm.
    and those look like high-end home made bendy mounts-- ha ha--

    I also had that question of choosing between a red 637 diode ( less mW and more expensive)... or a 650 diode in my H-RGB1800 from goldenstarlaser.

    The laser i got are fro laserwave, not CNI. They are really compact!! and all deliver more power than their specs say.

    I am 100% satisfied with the decision of choosing the 637 diode with round beam. The divergeance make a huge difference in the display show. the red look more clean and is really bright for a 170mW and dont forget it is matched with a 670mW green and a 1W blue!!.. as well i still need to add more power of red and i'll do but actually it is satisfying me enough so i can wait until i have the money to get another quality 637 laser from laser wave.
